The new Orillia OPP detachment on University Avenue officially opens to the public today.
The new 33,000-square-foot building replaces the OPP’s downtown detachment on Peter Street South.
The new building includes 11 holding cells, and advanced security features, like closed-circuit television cameras and larger evidence vaults.
