The Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) has raised the Progressive Pride flag outside its Education Centre in Midhurst.
The flag will remain raised for the rest of Pride Month.
In addition, all schools have received a Progressive Pride flag, and are encouraged to lead activities that support the 2SLGBTQI+ community and the board’s commitment to safe, inclusive schools.
