Starting today, a Recycling Depot is opening at the lower gate area of Barrie’s landfill.
It will operate Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will accept recyclable materials that do not carry a disposal fee, such as:
Tires
Electronic waste
Blue/Grey box materials
Green Bin organics
Corrugated cardboard
Scrap metal
